Build a Discord Bot That Monitors Websites

I need someone to code a bot that works with the discord application. It needs to notify users when certain sites restock items. I will give you a list of 200+ sites that need to be monitored from the discord bot.
The bot needs to run 24/7 and monitor the sites simultaneously. When there are changes on the website, the bot should send a notification to the discord channel (size restocked, new product, etc). This bot should be able to support proxies as well.
Python or node.js will likely be the coding language required.
