Coding a software UI to use some FFMPEG functions

Hello,
in my current work i jhave to manage a lot of videos from different sources that some time need to be manipulated. THere are various operation that we do on them and because of this we create a simpleBAT script to improve our effciency. The issue is that also using that script some operation result to long to do.
For example if we need to CUT a video and delogo from it some portzion or logos, we have to take screnshot to use separate tool to take coordinated and copy them into the script .
What i would have is a simple Graphic tool where we automatize this process. For example i open the video, i select the start / end and i select the delogo area, and the tool auto compile the command for ffmpeg ( this as told till now i do by myself:
1) i take a screnshot of video,
2) i use irfanview to select the portion i need to delogo
3) i read coordinates and i copy them
4) i prepare the command line to do the operation
This did for one time is possible to do many times a day become long and annoying.
So i would see if with a resonable cost we can do something UI to do this faster. We can use any opensource software and so on. It is not a commercial tool, i need for myself to speed up my work.
