It is common the problem you are having when you want to grow your tool to enable multi-user functionality and access from the Internet. I offer you the best and most economical solution: The first thing to do is to separate the tables of the forms, queries and other objects from the Aceess file, to obtain a back-end file (with the data) and a file From-end with the other objects.
