Hi, We are looking for a software developer to develop a calculation tool which is to be used for design and optimization of Renewable Energy Sources to be used in energy application. The developer shall be hired on contract basis and shall work from our office. -> Tool is to be used as an offline executable version for internal purposes and also as an on-line tool (URL based) for demonstrating to the client -> The algorithm for calculation has been developed in-house. -> The input data required could be uploaded as CSV file or manually entered. -> The calculations are basic and can be achieved with basic mathematical operations and with if conditions, for loops etc. and will include a non-linear optimization. -> The tool shall have a user interface with multiple screens for data inputs, charts, results etc. Language shall be Python. But the developer should be open to use other languages if required for achieving the desired results. Applicant should have minimum 2 years of experience in developing programs. Must have experience in developing packaged executable programs and in hosting online versions /Mobile viewing. Must be a [login to view URL] graduate. (Electrical background would be an advantage) Expected duration on the contract is 3 to 6 months. It is preferred that developer be stationed in our office throughout the duration of the contract.
