Fingerprint Recognition Algorithm Using Phase-Based Image

This program should be able to match input fingerprint with fingerprints inside database. Firstly, user need to create a new database, which they need to upload a several fingerprints by clicking at 'Select image and add to database' button. Then the user need to choose one fingerprint to be identified by clicking at 'Select image for fingerprint recognition' and select one fingerprint. Then the system need to match the input fingerprint with the one in database. If it presence, it will show the displacement distance between that two fingerprints.

I want it to be done in a day. Or if you have done this project before, I want to buy it as it is. Thank you
