Fleet Management Software

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive fleet management software solution for our organization. The software will be used to efficiently manage a fleet of 300 buses and track various aspects related to their operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements:

Name of the center where the bus is allocated: The software should allow users to assign and track the allocation of buses to specific centers or locations.

Fuel Management: The software should include features to record and track fuel-related information, such as when and where the fuel tank was filled, the cost of fuel, and the name of the fuel station.

Daily Running Kilometers: The software should enable the daily recording and updating of the running kilometers for each bus.

Vehicle Maintenance: The software should facilitate the management of vehicle maintenance and repairs. It should track information such as the location where maintenance or repairs were performed, the specific parts repaired or changed, the distance traveled before the repair, and the cost associated with the maintenance or repair.

RTO Due Diligence Notifications: The software should provide notifications for important RTO (Regional Transport Office) due dates, including tax, insurance, and permit renewals.
