Forex Expert Advisor Automation

I need someone who can create an Forex EA based on RSI indicator where if value touch 30 it should open buy trade and if it touch 70 it should sell

EA should open trade based on Account Balance

it should place trade with 100$

EA should use TP and SL and use Money Management so that ACCOUNT BALANCE SHOULD NEVER BE NEGATIVE

Also if there is any best strategy which can fetch good consistent trades than include it.

You will first have to test EA and show me live before I make payment.
