i already tried chatgpt and it didn't work on public IPs( Dim stream As NetworkStream = [login to view URL]()) . it worked only on the same computer or LAN. ask a friend to test with his PC if you need to have 2 different IPs. i will ask you to do a video to show proof it works. it should be able to do 30frames per second at a ping lag of 250ms between server and client. preferably test the code first between 2 computers with different public IPs before bidding. if you tested then write "i tested" as the first words in your bid , if you didn't, write "car". in order for any payment to be made, it must work on any computer, including mine. the OS will be only windows.
