I am a retired academician. I like playing Scrabble. My book "Scrabble Word-Playing Book" (Simon & Schuster) has sold more than 400,000 copies. However, although Scrabble is considered a game of skill, it is more a game of chance as your score depends more upon the letters you have in hand and the word arrangement on the board at your turn. So, for several years I have dabbled with the idea of developing a Scrabble-like game in which your score will depend entirely on your skill, and not at all on the "luck of the draw". After much trial and error, I have developed such a game and copyrighted it as LETTER GETTER. I want to produce it both as a physical board game a well as a web-based game. It is in the latter context that I seek your help: I need a qualified web developer who is knowledgeable in advance web development as well as is familiar with Scrabble. He will need to be able to "read" the game's playing codes developed by Froilan Mendoza and also be able to maintain the game and promote it over the Internet.
