MySQL .net troubleshoot

I need someone to help troubleshoot why my vb.net application closes randomly when I am adding, updating or deleting a record on a MySQL connection.
I prefer someone with experience that have had this issue corrected. (It sometimes works and sometimes not).
Please bid ONLY if you know how to fix it.

The troubleshooting will be done using teamviewer. (No code will be provided).
Please do not waste my time or yours if you do not have a clear understanding of the task needed.
There is no errors displayed or anything at all. The application just suddenly ends with no warnings or anything.
