I'm interested in this but I'd like to know more about it first. Are you trying to do regression, e.g. model the measurement error as Gaussian? Are you trying to do a GMM (if so, do you have a set of variables)? If you have more detail on the task and a sample dataset, I'd be willing to do a proof of concept during the bid period. I usually use scikit-learn for this kind of thing, would you be ok with that? (depending on what all is involved, it may require something else). Please let me know if you're interested
