QGIS Connect touching lines

Hello. I did this task previously and can do this task in Map Info. I had not done this task in QGIS, but I can manage plugins in QGIS to realize it. I think, I need 2 hours to find correct plugins and do the MS word guide for QGIS if you have intersected lines with intersection problems. And less than one hour, if lines were prepared correctly, already.

I am applying for the QGIS Connect touching Line project. I am a graduate of Salisbury and Moi Universities with a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Management and Bachelor’s degree in Geography respectively. My vast skills and experience of over 8 years in GIS, Remote Sensing and Mobile GIS ensure that I am an individual who know how to accomplish tasks personally and, in a team dynamic. In my prior jobs, I worked in capacity of Geospatial Consultant, Geospatial Training Consultant, GIS Analyst and GIS and Remote Sensing Instructor, which required that I complete different tasks. I have experience in training and using GIS and Remote Sensing software including but not limited to ArcGIS Suite, Q-GIS, Global Mapper, ENVI, Erdas Imagine etc With skills and experience of over 9 years in GIS data editing, I will use ArcGIS 10.6 to merge all polyline segments as required and converted to any GIS format for use in any GIS software I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my suggested methodology and approach for this project with you. The lines that are touched together will be joined to form a ploy line. And the isolated lines will be left unconnected with the rest.
