I have used SQL, Python and AWS to set up automated systems of data validation and notification for an international organization. For US$300, I can provide you with a Python script that matches fresh address info to your contact information database and forwards that info via email to your people if there is a zip code match. The work will be complete within a week of your selection of this proposal. Depending on your scale and coverage requirements, the pipeline may require additional steps. Do you need to validate address accuracy from the most recently downloaded CSV? If so, we can throw a geocoding API into the mix. If there is no match on zip code, do you still want to store the data that has been matched on address? To do this I could add another database reference and update step. How many recipients will you need to send to per day, now and in the future? If the number of emails sent per day is large, then a paid email sending service may be necessary. How will this Python script be triggered? We could set it run on an automated schedule, run it manually from the command line, or store it as an executable. Hi, You did not mention databases but I'm comfortable with anything SQL (mysql,mssql,postgresql) and MongoDB. I'd also like to learn if you want this done in python 2.x or 3.x . I can do bot, it's just two versions might use different libraries. I put in 3 days to allow for you to test and do last minute adjustments if any.
