Rebuild my fitness excel spreadsheet program

have a spreadsheet program I've been using for a number of years now that helps me set up diet plans for my clients. The spreadsheet is a little old and out dated as was originally made in Windows format. Every since I switched of to Mac the spreadsheet has never worked the same. So I would like for someone the basically rebuild the existing spreadsheet so that it's more compatible with Mac and will run more smoother. Newcomers are welcomed.. Budget is 10$ for the project..
