Responsibilities
Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable code
Develop and support software including applications, database integrations, interfaces and new functionality enhancements
Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Support test and deployment of new products and features
Report to the executive team on key development opportunities, risks and needs
Participate in code reviews
At the end of your first year, success would mean to have our main products launched, lead a team of 3 and increase revenue by 25%
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of
Proven problem-solving abilities
Superior communication skills
Proven expertise in Object Oriented Design and Database Design
Proven experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
Proficiency in Romanian, Russian or English
Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly shifting development landscape
