Anticipated Scope of Work: 1. Grant Management o Manage our applications, donor database, grants document repository, reporting and budget tracking o Access control 2. Project Management o Track and monitor multi projects o Create and delete checklist for task or activity management o Approval path 3. Learning Management System (LMS) o Training in categories, modules with a pathway. o Template to create or delete training materials o Staff progress or rewards o learn online and offline mode 4. Knowledge Management base o repository for all project documents and reports o Centralized document template libraries 5. Accounting o manage financial records and daily financial transactions such as cash book o create or delete financial templates such as memo, cash advance and fund retirement forms o Ledger o Spool data for financial reports such as financial statements o reconciliation o track budget and budget lines Type of freelancer: We are an NGO looking for an individual or organization with a strong track record of software development using Microsoft office 365, SQL server and Azure technology. Unique about the project: we already have access to Azure so you will be assigned a license for the project period. We will adopt agile project management so deliverables will be divided into sprints and UAT conducted on weekly basis.
