Telegram Client to connect with a chatbot platform

Hi, I want to integrate a telegram client to my chatbot. I know that is possible to build a bot on telegram inside, and call it with @MyBot, but I want that my telegram profile receive any message, then send it to my API. A bot that works with my number phone, +551199992222. Eg: I have a number phone, +5515996182372, when anyone send me a message via my Telegram profile, this is received by a software application (Python, NodeJS, etc) and sended to my API via REST, then my chatbot processing this message and return a response to a software application, and response to a user via telegram. Do u know abt this? Can you work with this project?
