front end: drop down lists "new name" and "old name" to be arranged alphabetically and eliminate blank spaces, eliminate duplicates
front end: legal ID drop down list to be in ascending numerical order (eg: 1, 2, 3, 4,… )
NEW front end: incorporate all changes in "front-end" tab to look like "NEW front end" tab
New front end: period (H11) should have two options: 0, 1 (0 needs to display as "0")
New front end: "new name" should populate based on mapping table (column F), "underlying" should populate based on mapping table (column G)
Record: add a column with the user's email that they used to send out OR the user's windows ID
Record: add a column with a timestamp when they submit
Record: separate "new name" and "underlying" into two different columns
add password to tabs "mapping" "back end" "record" so only with the password can the user open and look at it (also hide these 3 tabs)
NEW Back end: please arrange "back-end" to look like this new tab

front end: Legal ID, trade date, period, amount must be inputed/ chosen by the user, otherwise submit gives error message "please fill in all required fields"
