Using BPMN and YAWL, Development of a system for managing processes and deadlines

BPMN and YAWL required Development of a system for managing processes and deadlines related to the Course in Computer Science. We have a number of bureaucratic processes dictated by the central administration, each involving different teams, which need to be alerted of deadlines, produce documents to be revised by different teams, at specific times, etc. So, one would need the management of different workflows, with resources responsible for producing and revising documents, some of which may become public at some time. Moreover, new processes can be needed to be defined. So one would need an environment where such processes can be defined and managed, also providing access to shared documents resulting from such processes, to authorized people. This could be entities for core system. Administrator needs to perform workflow and define users group for all units, for example student, prof, secretary, headquarters and so on. System manager could define workflow for every job and deadlines according a certain protocol for example:
