Windows Explorer Replacement with fast search in vb.net

A Windows Explorer kind software in vb.net needed, which will have to be as the following: 1) It will not show by drives, it will show files and folders by types, like video, audio, image, text etc. 2) First time when it runs it will scan all MFT from all drives, and then insert all records in SQLite database. Should use progressbar for this step. 3) This software will have some fixed buttons for video, audio, image, text, doc etc. when anybody click suppose on video tab, it will show all vid files from the whole computer, by selecting the sql query from the database and show. When we click any of the files then it will run from the original location, as we stored the location also in database. 4) One real time file change scanner will run in the background. To check for new files or file location change etc and keep records in the database. 5) User can have the option to make new type tab with name and extensions. 6) Folder also arrange by its contains files type. Suppose a folder have 10 files. In them 8 are video file and 2 are text file then it will treat as a video folder. We need to be a first search explorer. It can be done only from sql query.
