I need someone who can train my team to pull lists from WooCommerce and adjust them to have first and last name in different columns. We are having an issue where Zoho will not accept the data and because this criteria is missing. These were the lists that we did and unfortunately we cannot get Zoho to accept them. We need training on excel. Also is there a way to get my team trained by making a video that shows how to work with these lists?
Also we have [login to view URL] but need to know how to get tracking to talk back to the clients order area so they may see their tracking there.
We also need a way for the rep to have access to USER SWITCHING (plug-in) so they may toggle into clients account WITHOUT seeing our whole dashboard. The main thing is they should not be able to adjust any settings in system or see my numbers or run reports. They also should not be able to pull a list from my system. What they do need is to able to place orders for the client.
I also need someone who understands WooCommerce and van figure out which plug-in is needed to prevent redirects when items are added to cart. I need to know where this setting is an how to adjust it so people can add to the cart and page will not refresh each time.
