Hello, My name is Andrew, I would love to do this project for you. I have been programming for 30 years, and I'm from England so no problems regarding language difficulties. We need to look at two possibles with types of random numbers, normal distribution and completely random. Normal distribution tries to find the "spread" of numbers given a range, here 1 to 49, and how often the occur. Completely random numbers should be exactly what it says, so combining the two methods would give you the best method of predicting the likely outcomes. I presume you are looking at 6 numbers per line / draw? Filtering down existing results is no problem, maybe you might like a screen where you can select different settings at the start, then simply click "Go", and let the program calculate away. I already have two programs for normal and random distributions of numbers. Anyway, as said before, I would love to do this one for you.
