Zendesk chat problem

I would like to chance the language in the auto reply that comes after a person starts the chat if I don´t reply in 1 minute. It says: Customer Service

"We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly."

I have changed the language in the beckend to Danish but I can´t figure out where to change this reply.
