I am looking to outsource the creation of a B2B marketplace like Alibaba/Amazon.
It will be in 2 phases. The first is to create an MVP to see if there is a market for it so I would need to outsource that. Once we establish a market, I need to build the complete site. There are some logistical challenges we need to overcome so you need to have experience with companies that can do shipping from multiple locations globally to consolidate to one client.
This phase of the project is only for the MVP. I need to have a minimal working site that can attract suppliers and customers in order to see if there is a market for it. Once we establish market, I would like to use the same team to build the website/platform/programming/Mobile platform etc.
An NDA will be required in the second phase.
