Hi, I'm a java programmer and I'm starting to implement the betfair API for some football cases. My problem is that I have little time to find the API methods that I need to use to get the required data. If you have some experience in implementing api betfair, you can help me easily. I do not need java implementation methods. I just need to find out what api methods I can use to get the data I need. I need your help on how to implement five methods. Please see the examples: 1) get all football games that above / below 2.5 mached> 3,000 usd, and the beginning of the game (at time, by time). 2) get chances for a game over 2.5. 3) bet on a game (back and lay). Requirements: 1) Expert in the methods betfair api. 2) If you know java is very good, but it is not necessary.

Hello, I have done something similar in VBA. Betfair Exchange API uses JSON to pull data. Their documentation is very bad and it took me a while to understand it. After you find out what is going on then it's simple. :) For example this is the implementation to bet on a event (BACK) for today's Everton v Burnley, UNDER 2.5 with a bet of 5 (default currency for the account) and odds that will be matched at 2 {"jsonrpc": "2.0","method": "SportsAPING/v1.0/placeOrders","params": {"marketId": "1.157923781","instructions": [{"selectionId": "47972","handicap": "0","side": "BACK","orderType": "LIMIT","limitOrder": {"size": "5","price": "2"}}]},"id": 1} Before the above order there are also some other pieces of code to get the Market ID, and Selection ID Kind regards, Sorin
