Job Description **mandatory SN Required Information Details 1 Role** MES – Consultant 2 Required Technical Skill Set** 1. At least 8 years of working experience for Siemens OPCenter (PI) MES in pharma industry 2. Having good understanding of Werum Pas-X 3. Migration experience between Werum PasX and Siemens Opcenter 4. Testing of Master Batch record, developing eBR 5. Having knowledge about pharma processes, functional requirements and validation 3 No of Requirements** 1 4 Desired Experience Range** 8 -10 Yrs 5 Location of Requirement Germany (Remote) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Native German Speaking 2. Custom development in Siemens Opcenter 3. Strong knowledge in translation of MBR 4. Well capable of Troubleshooting various issues in MES platform 5. Working security and integration in IT-OT application and configuration 6. Testing of application. conduction validation and deployment 7. Experience working for pharma industries for at least 5 years Good-to-Have 1. Knowledge about other MOM applications like LIMS, WMS, QMS, LMS 2. Strong customer communication & managing onsite support 3. Understanding on infrastructure requirement and detecting issues SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Custom development / Translation of MBR from one MES to other. 2 Recipe authoring and modifying as per process flow diagram, SOP, Material list, etc. 3 Integration of MES with ERP system, shop flow equipment controls, printer & barcode, weighing scale, and other relevant MOM applications.
