Scope – Re-establish the requirements we already discussed (I have partial notes). – Outline a clean architecture and milestone plan. – Begin implementing the core application once the scope is locked in. What I can share immediately: the domain problem, user flows, and any design assets we had exchanged before the deletion. Once we’re synced, I’ll open a fresh repository and grant access so work can resume without losing momentum.
