Job Title: Software Developer (AMC & Complaint Management System) We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to upgrade and enhance our existing AMC and Customer Complaint Management Software. Project Scope - Analyze and improve the existing software. - Modify the current system instead of developing it from scratch. - Improve UI/UX for better user experience. - Optimize performance and fix existing bugs. - Add new features and modules as required. Required Features - Customer Management - AMC Contract Management - Complaint Ticket Management - Engineer Assignment & Tracking - Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Scheduling - Service Report with Customer Signature - Quotation & Approval Workflow - Spare Parts Inventory - Invoice & Payment Tracking - Dashboard & Reports - Role-based Access (Admin, Manager, Engineer) - WhatsApp/Email/SMS Notifications Required Skills - Experience with CRM/AMC/Service Management Software - Strong knowledge of web application development - Database management (MySQL/SQL Server or equivalent) - API integration - Bug fixing and performance optimization
