Video Modification Software Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled software developer to add new features to my current "image to video" software. [login to view URL] The software is here : BatchReelMaker_V8_BEST (Loops Music) Note that : - The folder A contains for the image we start with. - The folder B contains for the audio we start with. - The folder Overlays contains the overlays that are added on top of the image during the video. - The folder C contains an example of the kind of video we end up with. - The file "Agitated Alarm" is the alarm that rings when the overlays change. - I don't really know the use of the other files as it is not my craft. To understand how the software works start by : - Opening the software - Looking at the "[login to view URL]" file that I added to this project (here on freelancer.com, not in the google drive folder) - Looking at folder C first to understand what the software does. I want to add one feature without modifying anything else : I want the overlays to fade in and fade out as they appear and disappear, in 5 seconds, just as the fade-in function for the image in the beginning of the video. It is very important that nothing else is modified, we spent a long time building everything perfectly. I unfortunately don't own the original files that were used to create the software and can't contact the freelancer who created it.
