I am looking to develop a babysitting app for my mom and anyone else, (children, parents, workers, etc. who want to keep track of someone by making them check in on their own phone).

It works like this- The user downloads the app and launches it via android, or iPhone. The user is required to check in by pressing the green OK button that pops up on the phone app based on the alarm schedule that the user or administrator has chosen in the app. The user can override the alarm program and simply check in anytime by hitting the green check in button on the screen.

If the user does not check in at the programmed time, then the app starts texting the emergency contacts that were chosen and added to the address file uploaded to app program and if after a specified period of time without the person checking in, the app calls 911.

Like the program life alert does. There is a GPS function that tells 911 respondents or the emergency contacts where the user is.

I would like to be able to have a backdoor in the app (admin function) to be able to monitor what the user does. There is more to it than that, but that's the high level to get started.

I want this to be an app that people pay for to download - $1.99 USD or whatever you suggest it should be.
