I need the person to do customer support on my jailbreak/unlock website. He needs to help members with their problems and try to avoid refunds. Perfect english is a must! Price is per month, you will have access to the support email and have to check it a few times a day every day for new emails and respond to problems. And mainly, always try to find a solution with a customer before he does a refund. Some people give up too easy, if they don't understand the tutorials properly, so thats where you have to guide them and help them.
