This is basic machine with 2 to 3 steps operation. To make things a little easier let's split the project into 2 phases: Phase One ( data collection): - What is the surface area of the brick required. - force required for that? ( pressure ?). - how many pieces/hour ( production rate)?. These data can be easily collected from : 1- if you have access to any similar machine ( we can simply copy these specs). 2- Check markets and see what we can get. Phase Two ( CAD design ): In this phase we will create 3D CAD functional and 100% ready for production design.
