A short-list (3–5) of vetted manufacturers, each with: factory profile, production capacity, lead times, relevant eco-certifications, recent client references, and FOB pricing. 2. Your written assessment recommending the best fit and the reasoning behind it. 3. Confirmation in writing from the chosen factory that they can meet the specification and produce samples on request.
