Customer Relations Associate - UK Resident - Spanish Speaker - Internship

PayMob is an innovative service that provides the ability to accept credit cards anywhere in the world. We also provide universal access to international payment systems: VISA, MasterCard, Alipay, American Express, Mobile Money among others with very flexible, practical, intuitive and reliable functionality. Our service allows you to accept payments by VISA, Master cards, using a mobile terminal and free application, available for iOS and Android devices. We’re looking for competent individuals to join our dedicated and hardworking team. We’re now looking for a competent individual to join our team to mainly help in communication with potential clients in Argentina and MENA Regions. As such, you’ll need to be multi-lingual and speak either Spanish or Arabic. This role will be perfect for a creative and highly self-motivated salesperson. You need to have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself without struggle in either Spanish or Arabic since you would be communicating intensely via emails and calls with speakers of these languages. DETAILS OF THE ROLE You’ll play a critical role in increasing new business Sales in Argentina or MENA Regions. Your responsibilities include: • Partnering with our Sales team to manage our accounts. • Handling of emails and other available platforms, to research, investigate and reach out to key contacts via written forms of communication and also cold-calling. • Participating in preparation of Sales presentations and pitch decks where necessary. • Assisting other members of the Sales team with basic administration tasks, as and when required. • Conducting other tasks, outside of the Sales as part of the learning process as necessary. YOUR EXPERIENCE As well as the background detailed above, you’ll have: • Some knowledge in setting meetings • Ability to prepare business proposals and presentations • Enrolled in sales-related courses • A good IT background About You: You MUST be resident in London and speak Spanish.
