JasperReports designer to setup Jasper infrastructure and build reports

Our company develops large scale web application software for enterprise & government clients in the USA. We use Firebird SQL as our preferred database engine and wish to add the capability to our applications to provide reporting for clients. We wish to implement JasperReports (Community edition) as a back-end server to execute these reports, have them designed in iReport Designer but execute them from our PHP based applications via RESTful request. We have all the PHP development talent in-house and database design experts. What we do not have is anyone with Jasper experience, yet we run large scale data centers and can deploy the necessary Jasper server on Linux to suit this requirement. What we are looking for is someone who lives & breathes Jasper Reports. Not someone who wants to learn this on our dime. We need someone with real experience in setting up a reporting infrastructure and building/designing reports in iReport against different database data sources (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). If you are this person, please bid on this project. We will have ongoing work for the right candidate. Once this technology is implemented in our data centers, we will be unveiling the capabilities of it to our customers which will drive lots of report design work going forward.
