I can certainly commit to doing this provided I get some additional requirements and some insight to the database. Perhaps you could advise what system the DB is and how many tables? Is this a transactional database and do you already understand the relationships? Anyway, because I am just starting out I am wanting to achieve some quick cheap wins to build a reputation, this is your opportunity to get someone with 20+ years of DB experience.
