Excel POP Card Integration

I need a clean, easy-to-use Excel workbook that lets me build a Promotion POP card and then move that data—promotion name, start and end dates, plus discount or offer details—into either a SQL table or a flat text file whenever I choose. I do not want a permanent live connection; a button-driven or menu-driven macro for manual import/export will be perfect. Here’s what I’m after: • An Excel template (or form) that captures the three promotion fields in a clear layout and shows them on the POP card design. • VBA, Power Query, or another practical approach that—on demand—writes the current promotions to a SQL database or to a delimited text file, and can also pull them back in. • Basic documentation so I can tweak connection strings, file paths, or field names later on. Keep the solution straightforward and reliable; no extra bells and whistles are required beyond this manual data flow and the populated POP card.
