I need help rolling out the Xactly Connect module and weaving it cleanly into our existing incentive-comp environment. At the moment we already run Xactly Incent, but Connect is still untouched; my goal is to automate the flow of Salesforce and Workday data into Xactly, perform field-level validation with SQL, and expose a handful of downstream reports for Finance and Sales Ops. Here is how I see the work unfolding: • Configuration & Mapping – review our current Incent setup, document the source-to-target mappings, and build any new Connect tables or jobs needed to pull data from Salesforce, Workday, and a small NetSuite feed. • ETL Development – create or update the Connect pipelines, including any incremental logic, error handling, and scheduling. • Validation – write the SQL checks so we can reconcile counts, amounts, and key fields before and after each load. • Reporting – stand up a core set of compensation and exception reports that the team can run without assistance. • Testing & UAT – guide us through sandbox testing, migrate to production, and provide post-go-live support for a short hyper-care window. Deliverables will be the fully working Connect jobs, reusable SQL scripts, test evidence, and concise documentation so my team can maintain things going forward. I’m aiming to kick off as soon as access is in place and would like the initial build wrapped up within a few weeks. If you have hands-on experience integrating Xactly Connect—especially where multiple source systems are involved—please let me know; that background will weigh heavily in my decision.

The primary objective is to integrate Xactly Connect with Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite into your existing Xactly Incent environment, establishing a reliable, validated, and maintainable data pipeline. I will review the current Incent setup and implement source-to-target mappings, Connect jobs/tables, incremental ETL, scheduling, and error handling in a structured manner. My approach involves auditing the current configuration and data flow, followed by building or updating field-level mappings and Connect pipelines. SQL-based reconciliation performed during each load will validate record counts, amounts, and key fields. Subsequently, I will deliver compensation and exception reports for Finance/Sales Ops, facilitate sandbox UAT, manage production migration, and provide hyper-care support. I will also hand over reusable SQL scripts, test evidence, and concise documentation. 1. Are the existing integration points and documentation for Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite available? 2. Which versions/environments of Xactly Connect and Incent are currently active? 3. What is the expected number of core reports and the approximate data volume? I can take end-to-end ownership to deliver a structured, tested, and maintainable Connect implementation within a few weeks.

Hi, SolutionzHere can implement Xactly Connect as a controlled integration layer for Incent, Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite. We will review current compensation objects, create a source-to-target mapping workbook, configure Connect tables/jobs, build incremental ETL with retries and scheduling, and deliver reusable SQL reconciliations for counts, amounts, keys and exceptions. Xactly Connect is purpose-built for Incent integrations, provides Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite connectivity, and uses ANSI SQL for ETL and reporting. Your hourly range supports a senior specialist. We recommend ₹2,500/hour, with an initial 60–90 hour build over 3–4 weeks, including sandbox UAT, production migration, documentation and 10 hours of hypercare. Do Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite already have approved API or service-account access available?

Hi, this is a strong fit for my Xactly Incent/Connect integration and compensation-data experience. I’ve worked with multi-source incentive environments involving Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ETL pipelines, SQL reconciliation and exception reporting. I can take this through mapping → Connect jobs/tables → incremental loads → scheduling/error handling → SQL validation → Finance/Sales Ops reporting → UAT → production migration and hyper-care. I’d structure delivery into clear milestones with reusable SQL, test evidence and maintainable documentation. Estimated timeline: 3–5 weeks, depending on source complexity. Rate: ₹2,000–₹2,500/hr. For a defined scope, I’d expect roughly ₹3–5L fixed. I can start once access is ready.

Hi, Bojan here, from Serbia. What matters most in integrating your Xactly Connect module is numbers people trust and use to make decisions. I'm a senior software developer with 8+ years of experience working with SQL and Data Analytics. For your Xactly Connect module, the real challenge is clean data and clear definitions. A common issue: building visuals before agreeing how each number is calculated, so reports disagree. My plan: first, agree each metric, its definition and its data source. Then, clean and model the data, and build the report pages in the BI tool. Finally, check totals against the source and set up scheduled refresh. I've done reporting work in SQL, so I check early for totals that do not match the source. A few questions to better understand the scope: 1. Is any source a spreadsheet updated by hand? Manual sheets break refreshes, so I add checks for renamed columns. 2. Build one shared data model for all reports? I'd recommend it, every report then shows the same numbers. 3. Do viewers open reports mostly on phones? Then I build a mobile layout with the key numbers on top. I can start right away. Happy to go over the details here in chat and suggest the best approach. Looking forward to hearing from you, Bojan

Hi, I have experience with developing ETL pipelines and integrating multiple business systems for compensation and financial data workflows. When I developed several systems of this kind, the most important thing was keeping data consistent from the source systems through the ETL process, with clear validation before the data reached the compensation system. In this kind of project, I faced issues such as Salesforce and Workday data having different field formats, duplicate or missing records during incremental loads, and differences in counts or amounts after the data was loaded into the target system. To solve them, I worked with source-to-target mappings and incremental ETL logic to process only the required changes while handling failed records separately. I also used SQL validation checks to compare record counts, key fields, and amounts before and after each load so data issues could be identified quickly. As a result, the data flow became more reliable and easier to reconcile, with repeatable validation and reporting processes that the business team could maintain. Looking forward to discussing with you about your vision. Best regards, Michel

Hello, I’m interested in supporting the rollout of Xactly Connect and integrating it into your existing incentive compensation environment. Your project strongly aligns with my experience in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation, database integration, and analytics workflows. I can help structure the data flow between Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and Xactly while keeping the pipeline reliable, traceable, and maintainable. I can contribute to: • Reviewing and documenting source-to-target mappings • Designing SQL-based data validation and reconciliation checks • Building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines with incremental loading, scheduling, and error handling • Validating record counts, amounts, key fields, and data consistency before and after loads • Creating reusable SQL scripts for reconciliation and exception handling • Supporting compensation and exception reporting for Finance and Sales Operations • Preparing test cases and UAT evidence • Documenting the final workflows, mappings, and maintenance procedures I would approach the implementation with a strong focus on data quality, automation, and maintainability, ensuring that your team can understand and operate the solution after handover. I’m available to start as soon as the required access is provided and can work within the proposed few-week implementation timeline. Best regards, Oussama

I can support the Xactly Connect implementation from mapping through production deployment. I would start by reviewing the current incentive configuration and documenting the source-to-target mappings for Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite. From there, I can build and organize the Connect jobs, implement the required transformations and field-level validations, and create reusable SQL reconciliation scripts to validate counts, values and exceptions after each load. I would structure the work in stages: source mapping and validation rules, Connect job development, SQL reconciliation, UAT support, documentation, and monitored production deployment. My background includes SQL, ETL/data integration, Power BI, Power Query, KNIME and database workflows, including projects involving multiple data sources, transformations, validation and reconciliation. While Xactly Connect is not the platform I work with most frequently, the underlying integration and data-quality workflow is directly aligned with my experience. I can begin as soon as access is available and work toward an initial functional version within the first few weeks.

Hi, I’ve read your requirements carefully. The project looks like a combination of **Xactly Connect, data integration, SQL validation, and reporting**, with a strong focus on making the data flow reliable and easy to maintain. I have experience with **SQL, data integration, database management, data analysis, and Salesforce**, and I’m comfortable working with structured ETL processes and validation requirements. My approach would be to first review your existing Xactly Incent setup and understand the Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite data sources. From there, I would document the source-to-target mappings and build the required Connect jobs with incremental processing, scheduling, and proper error handling. For validation, I can create reusable SQL checks for record counts, amounts, key fields, duplicates, and source-to-target reconciliation. I can also help build the required compensation and exception reports for Finance and Sales Ops. I would follow the work through **sandbox testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support**, with clear documentation and test evidence throughout the process. I’m comfortable working independently, providing regular progress updates, and keeping the implementation structured so your team can maintain it afterward. I’d be happy to discuss your current Xactly setup and the source-system integrations before getting started.

Hi, The integration you’re describing is closely aligned with the work I do around financial systems, SQL-driven validation, data integration and reporting. I’ve worked on financial platforms involving transaction data, reconciliation, master data, database workflows and production data pipelines. I can help structure the Connect implementation around clear source-to-target mappings, incremental loads, validation/reconciliation checks, error handling and reporting, with Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite treated as separate sources feeding a consistent downstream model. I haven’t worked directly with Xactly Connect, so I won’t claim that experience. However, the underlying ETL, SQL validation, financial-data reconciliation and integration patterns are familiar territory, and I can work with your existing Incent setup and Connect documentation to implement it correctly. I’d suggest starting with a review of the current Incent configuration and source mappings, then establishing the data flow and validation framework before building the production jobs. This should also make the final handover and ongoing maintenance much cleaner. If you can provide access to the existing Incent/Connect setup and source schemas, I can assess the current flow and define the initial implementation plan.
