Standard SSL Certificate Integration

I need a Standard SSL certificate installed and fully configured on my website. Once the cert is in place I want every page to load over HTTPS, with mixed-content issues resolved and a clean A-grade on SSL Labs (or an equivalent test). If you can also help me generate the CSR and handle any intermediate chain files, please mention that; otherwise I can supply the certificate files once we start.
