STM32 BLDC Motor + Heater Controller — KiCad Schematic, PCB, Gerbers & BOM (Production) Project Description (paste this) I need an experienced hardware/PCB engineer to redesign an existing Arduino/IR2104-based motor controller into a production-grade STM32-based controller board using KiCad. Scope: • Full KiCad schematic (multi-sheet) and 4-layer PCB layout • 24V 3-phase BLDC motor control with hall-sensor feedback • Integrated 3-phase gate driver + MOSFET bridge (modern driver preferred) • 24V heater control with temperature feedback and hardware fail-safe • I2C ToF/distance sensor connector (VL53L0X-class) • UART interface to a main controller, incl. UART-bootloader OTA path (BOOT0/NRST control) • SWD debug/recovery header • Power tree: 24V + 16V inputs, buck-based regulation, reverse-polarity/TVS/fuse protection • Future load-sensor connector (DNP/unpopulated, routed only) • Full test points and production diagnostics Deliverables: • KiCad project (schematic + PCB source files) • Passing ERC and DRC • Gerbers, drill files, BOM, and pick-and-place (CPL) files • Manufacturing-ready output package I will provide a complete engineering handoff pack: pin map, connector pinouts, net table, recommended BOM, footprint table, layout constraints, and a detailed implementation spec. This is a “build to spec” job, not a blank-sheet design — so I need someone who can execute precisely and flag issues.
