Paid on delivery
My WordPress site already has Stripe fully integrated and working; users can subscribe or pay without issue. What I now need is a small but important tweak: before anyone reaches the Stripe checkout, they must be logged in or create an account. Here’s the current flow: visitor clicks the “Subscribe / Pay” button → they go straight to Stripe. What I want: visitor clicks the button → if not authenticated, they are taken to the login / registration screen; once logged in, they can finish the Stripe payment exactly as they do now. You may use a snippet, a lightweight plugin, a WooCommerce or Membership settings adjustment—whatever is cleanest and easiest to maintain—so long as: • Non-logged-in users are blocked from the checkout and clearly prompted to sign in or register. • Returning users who are already logged in can complete payment with zero extra clicks. • The existing Stripe integration remains untouched for pricing, coupons, and webhooks. • All changes are delivered in documented code or settings export so I can replicate in staging. If you’ve handled similar Stripe + WordPress login gates before, this should be quick. Let me know your approach and an ETA, and I’ll grant immediate access to the staging environment.
