Title: Reinforcement calculation & drawing for 3 cantilever structures (private house) Project description: I need reinforcement design and rebar layout drawings for 3 cantilever elements of a private residential house. Geometry and dimensions are provided in the attached 3D views (SketchUp). Structures: Veranda (cantilever canopy/roof) — projection ~150 cm, width ~536 cm Balcony — projection ~150 cm, width ~451 cm, slab thickness 15 cm; canopy above 20 cm thick with same projection Corner window (cantilever lintel over corner opening) — opening ~200×150 cm Scope of work: Load take-off (self-weight + live + snow where applicable) Static analysis (Excel / hand calc / any software — Lira, SCAD, Robot, ETABS, SAFE) Reinforcement design (main + distribution bars, anchorage) Rebar layout drawing for each structure (hand-drawn scan / AutoCAD — your choice) Short design report (1–2 pages) Materials (preliminary): Concrete C25/30, rebar A500C (longitudinal) / A240 (stirrups). Open to alternative schemes if you propose one. Codes: Eurocode 2 or SP 63.13330 — your preference.
