My architectural drawings for a small-scale addition and remodel of a Rhode Island multi-family building are complete; what I still need are engineer-stamped structural plans that the local building department will approve without delay. Scope of work • A 10 × 20 ft two-story bump-out topped with a roof deck • Reconstruction of one existing roof wing Both elements touch the roof and attic, so the set must address new and modified framing, load paths, lateral resistance, connections to the existing structure, and any required upgrades to the basement/foundation interface. Specifications Timber framing is the chosen system, and the design must satisfy current Rhode Island state code as well as any municipal amendments for wind, snow, and coastal exposure. I will supply my Revit/PDF architectural set plus site photos the moment we start. Deliverables (permit-ready) 1. Signed and stamped structural drawings (PDF + DWG) covering plans, elevations, details, and schedules 2. Accompanying structural calculations 3. Brief response sheet to address potential plan-checker comments Collaboration I am available for quick turnaround on questions and can introduce you to the architect if coordination is helpful. A site visit is welcome but not mandatory if you are comfortable working from drawings, photos, and video walk-throughs.
