Steel Base for Car Lift

I need a qualified professional to create a design (including dimensions, tubing specifications, etc.) for a metal base to install a MaxJax M6K or M7K automotive lift. The base must be safe and stable without requiring me to drill into my concrete floor, and it needs to be demountable in case it needs to be moved to another location. (I believe using Grade 10.9 bolts throughout would be secure.) Requirements include: - Use of steel frame material - Pre-assembled design preferred - Should accommodate either mobile or stationary setup Ideal skills and experience: - Metal fabrication expertise - Experience with car lift mounting solutions - Ability to follow provided design examples
