I need a complete static-structural simulation of our composite-and-printed UAV airframe carried out in ANSYS Workbench. The structure is a hybrid of carbon-fibre laminates and PLA add-ons, so both material models—including orthotropic data for the carbon lay-up—must be applied correctly. The study must demonstrate compliance with FAA regulations and show that the frame safely endures the three key flight conditions we operate in: • Hover • Vertical take-off • Landing For each case I want clear evidence of: overall deformation, critical stress contours, and an explicit factor-of-safety plot. Please document all boundary conditions, load assumptions, mesh settings, and material property sources so the work can be reproduced later. When the runs are complete, deliver the original Workbench project files together with a concise PDF report that highlights results, discusses any hotspots, and states whether the current design meets our strength and stiffness targets under the stated FAA envelope. I need this to be completed in the next 2 hours. it is a very simple task. I have a guideline on what exactly needs to be done.

Hi, I’m a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in ANSYS Workbench, static structural FEA, composite materials, and UAV-related structural analysis. I can follow your provided guideline and set up the carbon-fibre orthotropic lay-up and PLA components correctly for hover, vertical take-off, and landing load cases. I understand the urgent 2-hour timeline and can start immediately. I’ll focus on accurate deformation, stress, and factor-of-safety results with clearly documented assumptions and FAA-related load considerations. You can visit my profile to see Ansys simulations and also can text me to see more samples. I had recently done UAV model as well. Thanks.

I would appreciate the opportunity to work on your UAV airframe FEA validation project. I have experience with ANSYS Workbench, structural simulation, CAD models, and engineering documentation. I can perform the required static structural analyses for the three operating conditions—hover, vertical take-off, and landing—while correctly applying the orthotropic carbon-fibre laminate properties and PLA material model. The deliverables will include: Static structural simulations for all three load cases Total deformation, von Mises/appropriate stress contours, and factor-of-safety plots Clearly documented boundary conditions, load assumptions, mesh settings, and material properties Reproducible ANSYS Workbench project files A concise PDF report summarizing results, critical stress locations, and design assessment against the specified strength and stiffness requirements Since you already have detailed guidelines, I can begin immediately and follow them precisely to ensure the analysis matches your expectations. I understand the importance of the 2-hour deadline and will work efficiently to deliver accurate, well-organized results within the required timeframe.
