I am a licensed engineer (Texas/Mississippi P.E.) with over 7 years of experience in structural engineering of low-rise buildings among others. I have developed retrofit designs for residential applications in roofs, walls and foundations, so I believe I'll be helpful on this matter. I'll need information on what you intend to do structurally, as well as the imposed loads and the building jurisdiction (i.e. state building code) to determine what will amount to safe construction/modification. I can instruct, guide and provide recommendations, however stamped drawings is not part of the scope. Drawings will need to be generated by others, however structural stamp can be supplied (once I apply to the state of interest as application approval by comity is fairly quick, unless it is either TX/MS). Requested information can be exchanged through private messaging or email. Although, I have bid 5 days for the deliverable, all efforts will be made to deliver the recommendations much sooner than that which is listed.
