ICCC Project Manager, Jharsuguda

I’m looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager who can take full ownership of an Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) rollout in Jharsuguda over the next eight months. The assignment covers the entire project life-cycle: refining the BOQ, validating documentation, driving OEM and vendor deliverables, and keeping every stakeholder—from municipal officers to on-ground technicians—aligned and informed. Day to day you will be shoulder-to-shoulder with the networking, surveillance and IT teams, turning their individual workstreams into one cohesive schedule. Because site progress monitoring is the toughest part of this engagement, I need someone who is comfortable spending time on-site, translating real-world obstacles into clear actions and risk registers, then circulating concise reports that management can act on immediately. Success here means: • An integrated project plan that synchronises networking, CCTV, data-centre and command-centre tasks. • Weekly progress and risk dashboards that highlight slippage early enough for recovery. • Documented change requests, updated BOQs and sign-offs captured against each milestone. • A fully commissioned ICCC that meets Smart City standards within the eight-month window. If you’ve already steered Smart City, CCTV surveillance, data-centre or ICT projects for five years or more and can demonstrate hands-on vendor coordination plus tight stakeholder management, I’d like to hear how you would approach week one.
