Symfony EXPERT knowing web services and architecture

(MUST KNOW SYMFONY TO BE HIRED) Existing website needs architecture changes impacting the database and web services, for providing data to a mobile ios app. Current app is a real time app with web services implemented for real time data. We want to develop webservice to provide all the data from the server to app. (Separate web services for separate items.). There are already web services to fetch data based on some parameters like city, restaurant name etc. I want you to create web services to send me all the data without any filter. On the initial launch, app would then download all the data from the server and store it in local database and in future launches it will only download the updated/changed data. So you need to configure the web services accordingly. Current Web services were created using symfony framework. (MYSQL database). So prior knowledge of symfony is a must.
