189250 VBulletin Admin changes

I already have setup a forum [login to view URL] and I need two settings changing and one issue looking in to I want the option where users have to change their password after x ammount of days disabeling. And I also want to disable the option that users can not use a previously used password. The issue that I have is that when a user is trying to logout it then says that they are logged out, but they are not and have to use the logoout link again. I have tried clearing the cookies and using both Firefox and I.E.6 & 7, I have also tried using different PC's.
