We need expert advice on the following:
We want to make our office paperless- we already have a database in SQL to load the documents; however we are trying to choose software that makes the loading easy and the way we want. We get the documents in email from our clients; we need software where we can do the following:
a. Merge all documents in to one file.
b. Move the pages up and down
c. Copy some pages of one file to another.
Microsoft Exchange: We host Microsoft exchange at our office; we need following tasks to be performed:
a. Add and delete emails address in our exchange.
b. Need some professional help in advising us how we can make use of Exchange for our office use...
We have 15 employees we need constant advice on how to use the Microsoft Office 2003 effectively. This includes advice on outlook, word, excel etc.
